1) Accepted Transaction Channels

The Platform permits deposits and withdrawals only through officially authorized channels, namely the Conversion Account or the Digital Wallet, subject to system availability and compliance verification.

2) Digital Wallet Limitation

Direct deposits are permitted only for users with approved Digital Wallet access. Users without Digital Wallet access must obtain officially authorized merchant bank account details exclusively through Customer Support.

• Only IMPS and RTGS transfer methods are accepted.
• NEFT transactions are strictly prohibited and may be rejected without prior notice.

5) Automatic Currency Conversion

Upon successful receipt of funds, the Platform may automatically convert the deposited amount into United States Dollars (USD) at the prevailing system rate and credit the amount to the user’s trading account. Conversion rates are determined solely by the Platform and are final and non-negotiable.

6) Transaction Time Restriction

If a deposit transaction is not completed within 15 minutes, users must immediately suspend the transaction and contact Customer Support for verification. Failure to comply may result in delayed credit, rejection, or cancellation.

7) Mandatory Proof of Payment

Users are required to submit a clear payment confirmation screenshot and/or valid UTR number immediately after completing the transaction. Deposits submitted without verifiable proof may not be credited.

8) User Responsibility

The user bears full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of transfer details, compliance with all instructions, and adherence to this policy. The Platform shall not be liable for losses resulting from user error, non-compliance, or unauthorized actions.

9) Right to Suspend or Reject Transactions

The Platform reserves the absolute right to delay, suspend, reject, reverse, or cancel any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to compliance, security, risk management, or regulatory requirements.

10) Policy Acceptance

By initiating any deposit or withdrawal, the user expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by this policy in its entirety.
