11) Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests are subject to the user’s current Tier Level at the time of request. Accounts that are not on an eligible Tier Level are not permitted to process withdrawals..

12) Current Tier Restriction

The account is currently classified as Tier 2, which does not support withdrawal functionality. Only the following Tier Levels are eligible for withdrawals: Tier 1, Tier 3, Tier 5, Tier 7, and Tier 10. All Tier Levels other than those listed above are considered to be in construction and growth phases and therefore do not permit withdrawal activities until upgraded. Tier Levels are calculated based on the user’s overall transaction activity, including but not limited to:

• Deposits
• Mining activity
• Trading activity

Revenue, profit, or earnings generated on the platform are not counted toward Tier Level upgrades.

13) Withdrawal Activation

Once the account is upgraded to an eligible Tier Level, the withdrawal function will be activated, allowing withdrawal of the full eligible capital as per platform policies. The deposit thresholds required to reach higher Tier Levels are as follows:

• Tier 3: USD 10,000
• Tier 4: USD 20,000
• Tier 5: USD 35,000
• Tier 6: USD 50,000
• Tier 7: USD 95,000
• Tier 8: USD 150,000
• Tier 9: USD 225,000
• Tier 10: USD 300,000

14) Eligible Tier Confirmation

Reaching any of the eligible Tier Levels (Tier 1, 3, 5, 7, or 10) will automatically enable withdrawal access on the account. By continuing to use the platform, the user acknowledges and agrees to abide by the Tier-based withdrawal structure outlined above.
